Each player is responsible for providing their own equipment:

• mouthguard 

• shin guards​

• indoor or outdoor field hockey stick (depending on the season/surface)  **Durham FHC can lend you a stick if you don't have one of your own. Contact us for more info!**

• optional: for the indoor season, most players choose to wear a glove on their LEFT hand for protection, but this is not mandatory
